I am the administrator and the creator of the freshdesk page. But I am not able to add status. I looked in the help and I believe it is supposed to have a button, but it doesn't appear.
Any help ?
What you have here are the standard status codes. My guess is that you are on Sprout plan, and then you cannot add status codes. You have to be on Blossom of higher to add these.
