We have received this information from TokyWoky in terms of integration - hopefully this will help:
"This is possible, and will be articulated in a similar way
to what is on SpaceNK at the moment.
For them we made a development which allows the following UX
journeys for the Zendesk integration:
Customer wants to talk to CS => clicks on the CS
banner directly on the TokyWoky widget=> Zendesk chat module seamlessly
replaces the TokyWoky.
Customer types a questions entailing one of the CS tags
(“order”, “delivery…”)=> TokyWoky pushes a notification saying “did you
want to talk to CS?”, if customers clicks “yes” => Zendesk chat module
seamlessly replaces the TokyWoky (please see image attached)

information from Freshdesk, essentially JS functions that will permit us to
call their chat, to know if CS is available, and a JS function to open their
