I have just started working at a new company that use fresh desk, i previously used Zen desk. They have tasked me with investigating ways to make logging tickets more automated. After some research i have discovered and configured ticket templates and canned responses.
We have setup some example ticket templates but we would like the template to also populate the contact field and add a cc.
I cannot see an option for this in the ticket templates, is there anyway this can be done?
I need this too.
I would also like this. Allow us to specify the Contact and Company in the ticket template (or leave them blank to be completed when using the template).
Me also wants to add to or cc in the ticket templates!! You have my vote :-)
I am also looking for how to add CC using Canned response!!
