Can someone please send me a screenshot on how to update a ticket status on the mobile android app? I have looked everywhere and have missed resolution dates because I couldn't find it. Appreciate any help with this.
You can update the status of existing tickets from the ticket details screen or from the ticket list screen.
Please tap on the status icon and you'll see a list of statuses that you can choose from. Hope this was helpful.
