Currently we receive emails from Ebay in Freshdesk. At the moment one person always has to login to Ebay and reply on the mails. However, we would like to reply directly from Freshdesk. Usually you can just reply on the mail and the message will be added inside the conversation with this customer on Ebay. But somehow when we reply from within Freshdesk the message just does not show up in Ebay. Can someone give me a hint what we are doing wrong?
