We do have a report called "Customer At A Glance" that will allow you to view detailed metrics for specific customers.
And, can you please tell me more about the information that seems to be inaccurate and wrong in the reports?

I seem to have a similar issue. I run the report for the customer and it just shows me ticket source, type and priority as well as metrics for response time.... But I really need to bill my clients, otherwise the whole system is not very useful. What am I doing wrong?

In case you're looking for a report that tracks the time spent on a ticket and use it to bill your clients, you can have a look at the Timesheet summary report. It allows you list the time entries added for a customer over a period of time and also easily export the values in a csv or pdf file.

Same problem: I would like to filter only tickets that have the "billable" option checked.
Unfortunately, with the solutions proposed so far, I cannot get what I need.
