Hello i have a ticket that already open for 3 days without any reply. This is already happen for the second time. Do people on freshdesk are reliable? If not, then i will move to zendesk or other software. Don't waste other people time. I'm already post 1 star on google play store. Soon my review will be uploaded on some online blog. Very dissappointed guys. Thank you

With respect to your question on changing the admin email, I've added instructions on the ticket. You can change the admin email from Admin > Agents section and if you need any further help, please reply back to the ticket and we'll act on it immediately.
