Recently, we’ve been working on a new feature in Freshdesk called the help widget. The new help widget is actually an upgrade to the popup feedback widget. You can show a contact form and solution articles to your website visitors using the help widget.
You can associate the help widget with your different products. We allow you to create up to five different help widgets per account. You can customize the widget to match the branding of each product you've set up in your Freshdesk account.
