I have attempted to follow the process for downloading raw data from FD but its not working.
How can I go about downloading the raw data on my tickets? Specifically individual tickets, time to respond, etc.
Please do let us know what steps you followed and how it didn't work so that we can help you out.
Additionally, you can do the following to download all of your account data:
Admin → Account (under Account Settings) → Export.
You will receive the data in XML format. You can learn more about this here.
If you are looking to download only your ticket data, please follow these instructions:
Navigate to the Tickets → All tickets → Choose the necessary filters → Export.
