If you're running your business in many countries, it means you need a multilanguage solution. FreshDesk is offering multilanguage features, but unfortunately without Customer Satisfaction Survays. That is a pitty, because many companies would not use it. Our also.
I have tried to activate a german Customer Satisfaction Survey beside my English one, but I can only select one Customer Satisfaction Survey. This still not availeble to use in mulitiple languages at the same time
