I have a question regarding agents. How can I hide the standard support email in the "From" field? If I want to send an email to someone, the standard support email is by default. But I have my own custom email. What to do in this case?
You can configure different support email addresses under Admin > Emails and use them to send and receive emails accordingly in Freshdesk. Refer to this article to get detailed insights on the same. Similarly, you would be able to customize the From email address through which an email is sent from Freshdesk using the Customize 'From' Email Address application (Admin > Apps).
