It disappeared from settings for me.
In Admin under Support Channels, I still see the option Bots. Could this be plan related?
So looks like I had to watch the video from this link to get freddy working.
There used to be a little freddy icon in Admin but now I guess I have a little more work to do :)
Either way these instructions shouldn't just be in video form.
Ok still not able to see freddy. When I add a filter, Freddy suggests is not an option.
There are a number of articles on Freddy, and from what I can see "Answer Bot" requires Estate or Forest plans.
The "Thank you detector" works from Blossom up, but does not need the Bots icon to be configured.
I can see the Bots icon in Automations, under Support Channels, but have not configured it. My guess it is plan related.
