We've discovered that the issue happens when you type '/<text>' (slash followed by a word without spaces) and hit 'Enter'. Is this something that you keep running into often?
Not often. Maybe about once a week?

I tried to reproduce the issue but with no luck. The only two option that does show up are /c and /s.
