At the moment, we don't have any metric/insights around the usage of Canned Forms. Ever since we launched Canned Forms, we've been receiving tonnes of valuable feedback from our users, as you see here on this thread. We've plans to enhance the functionality based on the feedback we've received so far.
I'm quite interested to know what kind of insights you'd like to see. Would you like to see an aggregated result of a particular form to understand what choices people generally choose?

Hi! Yes, one of the forms is used to track the maintenance calls for our clients. It would be good to analyze which client has the most calls, or what equipment has the most service issues so we can strategize about where to send our techs, what clients may need equipment updated, etc.
