I am getting closer to you because I have been looking for 1 month how I could have a ticket export made by a client.
Example, I would like to know how many tickets Jean, Paul, Arthur made, etc.
In fact I would like the same thing as the export of the agents but for the customers.

If you are looking for an export in Excel, then "Contacts" is one of the filter options. Top of the list is Agents, but Contacts is also shown quite a way down the list.
Thank you for your comeback. I'm having trouble expressing myself but I don't want to extract the contacts, but I want to extract the number of tickets per contact like the one attached.

Here is how you could apply the contact/requester name as a filter on the widget in a report on Analytics -
You could use the gear icon on the top right of the Underlying data to add/remove the desired ticket fields to be represented as columns.
