I have created a customer report and initially chosen "only for me" but now I want to share it with the other agents in my helpdesk. Can i do that after creating it? How?

Inside the report, You could set the mode to Editing and then click on the inverted arrow icon next to the name.
That should pop down a window with an option to edit the report.
From here, you should be able to change the accessibility of the report.
