It is now possible to make a ticket field required for an agent before a ticket is closed. This required field must be filled in by all agents, but I want to have required ticket fields that must be filled in by only a specific group. This is at the moment not possible or is there another way to solve it?
While the default configuration in admin-->Ticket fields is applicable across your helpdesk, you can make ticket fields mandatory for specific groups by making use of our Marketplace app: Options_based required fields . You'd be able to configure it in such a way that for an agent of a specific group to close/update a ticket, the fields set in the app will have to be filled.
