When answering a ticket there is a very useful feature: it is possible to remove the old conversation content from the answer with just one click:

This would be very useful. It would make long conversations easier to understand for the Agent and save a lot of time.
Thanks to your message I found the "remove old content" button, but indeed, it would be very good to have an option to set this as the default.
