We are happy to explore the possibilities of this feature being picked up. Kindly note that new enhancements are taken up based on the feasibility and implemented based on the number of asks. However, in the mean time, you can set up your approval workflow such that the first level agent only has the permission to Create/edit an article. The second level agent should have the role with only an option to Approve an article. Following this, the third level agent has the role with the access to publish the article if approved. You can set this up under Roles present in the Admin tab.
