Is it possible to have an automation rule that updates a customer field?
I want that when a customer leaves positive feedback on the survey, to automatically email him and ask him to review us once Trustpilot
But I only want to do it once per customer
meaning, if the automation was activated for a customer, it won't ask again
is it possible?
