is it possible to set multiple ticket fields labels for multiple language?
Using "feedback form" function we have embedded Freshdesk form in Shopify: unfortunately all fields labels are displayed using the italian language.
Is there a way to set additional labels for other languages and display them in Shopify?
We have searched in the "ticket fields" admin area but it looks like only one label can be set for each field...
Any help would be much appreciated.
