We have Freshdesk and just recently purchased FreshMarketer and FreshSales. We're trying to integrate the systems together to ensure consistency with contacts. The issue we are having is that FD has a Full Name field; whereas FM and FS have the name fields split. I can't remove the Full Name field in FD and force clients to sign up using the fields we've created with FirstName and LastName. I would've thought that because all of these components are under FreshWorks, they would be consistent in format, but they aren't. How can we ensure that FD looks ONLY to the First Name and Last Name field and do away with Full Name?
