Ability to Set Alerts on Specific Email Addresses on Chat

Requesting a feature to be able to set alerts based on specific email addresses to flag the client as a special client and additionally be able to make a note that is only visible to the support operator.
We have a number of clients that come on that are particularly difficult to deal with or they are constantly coming on with the same request and we would like a way to flag these clients and note the important info on them
