Hi, we would like to disable the notification "ticket created" that is sent back to a client for specific e-mail addresses of ours.
The rule to set this up in FreshDes seems straight forward:
on ticket created:
if to-address in (list of e-Mail addresses)
then skip notification
But I cant get the above to work. I've tried it in different ways with different ways to match the to-address.
What am I missing? Feedback is greatly appreciated.
