We are seeing a longer than normal lag in the email service that pulls email from our support inbox and creates tickets from.We do have experience any errors, the emails do eventually get converted and removed from the inbox, but it's from 15-30 minutes lag, and this really limits our response time.
What is the normal length of time this service runs?
I didn't see any setting on our end to adjust this. We have an Estate plan.Attached are some examples.note the clock time and the email time in the screenshots.
