Folks, I may have missed something here... but enabled the 'Add Summary' feature, and then added Summary information to many of our tickets.
To my horror, I then discovered that the 'summary' information is not displayed in tickets on the Android or iOS apps! So this feature is completely useless unless all your staff work through Freshdesk in the browser.
Anyone else spotted this? It seems this feature is half-baked and not implemented properly.
I wouldn't be so annoyed if Freshdesk had actually bothered to put on the page announcing this new feature, that it didn't work on iOS or Android, and then I simply wouldn't have used it until it did.
