I wanted to quickly update on the status of the credits transfer. Unfortunately, I am afraid the senior Management rejected the approval request since the mid-term downgrade and credits transfer is against the policy. Whilst I tried advocating as much as I could, they had informed me to inform you that we would not be able to offer the credits for the same.

At this point, I don't even know what to say. If you are considering joining this company to look after your support needs, remember that if you pay by the year - you will not receive any refund if you change the amount of seats that you need.
Also note that the company is really happy to give it's customers a big runaround, dragging out a simple credit for weeks and weeks, before reneging on the deal,
