Try to get live support because they are very responsive and this is billing might take some more time but in the end, it will happen.

Are there any existing customers who has just had a terrible customer service experience with FreshDesk? I started my paid account in August and we are in December and I am still waiting for a refund to go through! No one has responded to my ticket since telling me I'm only getting a credit to my account and the sales rep I am working with doesn't answer his phone.
