Some (not all) of our clients are getting this error message when they try to open a support ticket.
Also, I cant seem to find a way to open a ticket with FreshDesk for this issue. Seems pretty silly, given what it is Freshdesk does, lol.
In any case, would like this issue looked at and resolved ASAP!!
