There's a few options, you can either:
- Ask each agent to set a signature in "Profile Settings > Signature"
- Use the signature management app (depending on your plan). This will let you manage dynamic signature better than using the menu I recommended in option 1 but requires more setup - https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/signature_management_plus

I'm trying to add a custom HTML signature that my company has made to one of my agent profiles, and I can't seem to enter any HTML.
I also cannot copy and paste the signature into the Agent signature because it does not format correctly.
What can I do to add my signature to my profile?
