We've implemented a new Dashboard, and are planning to have the presentation mode running on an Office screen so everyone can see how well (or badly) we're keeping on top of our tickets.
The two most important widgets are for Overdue and the Unassigned tickets. It is bad if either of these are at 1 or above.
Unfortunately Freshdesk cannot accept a greater than 0 in the 'Alert' or 'Critical if greater than' box. It has to be 1 or above. Which means that the colour doesn't change until the number of tickets is the Unassigned or Overdue filter is 2 or more.
