We have the following problem:
If we click on "reply" on a ticket and we send an email to the customer, the sender is Support@illi.freshdesk.com.
But we want the following:
My e-mail address is for example "email@example.com".
My colleague has the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If my colleague replies to a ticket, the sender should appear at the customer email@example.com.
When I reply to an e-mail, the sender firstname.lastname@example.org should appear for the customer.
Can we do this like that?
