My name is Anthony. I am a professional fitness trainer and I start a website where I sell my fitness related products. Actually I want to add a live customer support section where any customer can contact with my team member and get all information about product and how this use etc....

I saw this section on a website where they provide fitness related products. Here you can visit this. 

Please guide me how can I do that for my website in a proper way which is helpful for my website users. If anyone have other related but effective plan to provide support to my customer please share here. It will helpful for me.
