You can integrate Freshdesk to your Userlike account and convert chat conversations into tickets. Once you integrate Freshdesk into Userlike, you can start bringing your website conversations with visitors and offline chats into your support system.

Quick Guide to Integrating Userlike with Freshdesk

  • Login to your Userlike account. 
  • Go to Addons Settings

  • Enable Freshdesk from the integrations listed in your Addon Settings page. 

This will take you to the Configuration page. (Your Freshdesk API key can be found on the right of your Profile settings screen when you login as an Administrator).

  • Provide your Freshdesk URL and API token. 
  • You can choose to convert chats and offline messages automatically to Freshdesk tickets.
  • Click on Update Settings when you are done.
