How can I receive email notifications for updates and replies on all tickets, even those that aren't assigned to me?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This can be done using an automation rule under Admin > Automations > Ticket creation tab > New Rule. Add an Action 'Add Watcher' and choose yourself from the list of agents, along with the other actions for that rule. Add this extra 'Action' to all the automation rules (under the ticket creation tab) you have set up. This will add you as a watcher to tickets that get created on your account. You will then start receiving notifications on all updates and correspondences made on tickets.
Note: The watcher notification is standard for all accounts and are not customizable inside Freshdesk.
