Is there a way to find out how many times an Automation rule has run?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

From the rules list page (Admin > Automations > under Ticket Created/Time triggers/Ticket Updates tab), you will get the stats for each of the rules - the number of times a rule was used in the last 7 days, when the last modification to the rule was performed, and who performed that modification.
This will help Admins understand if the rules they've set up are effective in reducing some effort.
