Why can't I link a JIRA issue in Freshdesk/create a new issue via Freshdesk (it never finishes loading)?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Make sure your JIRA credentials have the necessary permissions/access to create and link issues.
One way to check this is to log into your JIRA account with the same credentials used in Freshdesk. Then, create an issue or link an existing issue to a problem within JIRA. If you are unable to do either, then it means you do not have the necessary permissions.
