How to reopen the ticket when a customer feedback is received?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Responses to CSAT surveys will not reopen tickets. If you would like to follow up with your customers whenever you receive a feedback, you can set up an automation rule under Admin > Automations > Ticket updates tab > New rule to reopen the ticket.

Set status as Open
