As part of GDPR compliance and to better serve our customers and provide them with secure, fast, and reliable services, we will soon be consolidating our multiple data centers in Europe into a single datacenter located in Frankfurt, Germany. 


We will be moving all your data currently hosted in our  Dublin data center to our other EEA data center located in Frankfurt, Germany on 30th June 2018 between 12:30 AM and 03:30 AM CET.


In order to help you maintain business continuity, we need you to make this quick change from your side.



Custom Mailbox (Action required before 29th June 2018)


If you’re using a custom mailbox feature, please whitelist the following IP addresses for custom mailbox to continue working post migration.

IP Whitelisting (Action required on or before 29th June, 2018)


If you use IP whitelisting in order to access Freshdesk portal at your workplace, please whitelist these new IPs in addition to the already existing IPs to ensure access to the Freshdesk portal post migration.
