Can an email address be automatically added in the CC for new tickets?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Any email address can be added in CC at the time of ticket creation using an automation rule under Admin > Automations > Ticket creation tab > New rule.
Configure the required conditions and under actions choose 'Add a CC':
Do make sure that the email address is entered without a trailing space.
