Workflowmax is a time tracking and invoicing solution which you can integrate with your Freshdesk account to manage your resources and their billing. 

To install the Workflow Max app in Freshdesk, follow these steps:

  • Login to your support portal.
  • Go to Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Apps.
  • Click on Get More Apps
  • Select Workflow Max and click on Install. 


  • Enter a title for your Widget under Widget Title. 
  • You will also need to get the Account Key and API Key from WorkflowMax Support. Once you have them, enter the keys into the specified fields and click on Enable.

  • Once integrated, click on any ticket and go to the Time Tracked link on the side pane. 
  • You may then choose client, staff, job and task to add time entries into Workflow Max.

Note: Client data will be fetched through contact email address
