Will my schedules and exports of old Reports be migrated to Analytics?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Yes. They will be migrated two weeks prior to the permanent upgrade. You can find them in Analytics > Settings. The schedules will be in an inactive state to avoid duplication. You can turn it on in Settings > Schedules.
