Season's greetings from Freshworks :) 

Add to your team's festive cheer with the Christmas theme. ☃️  Every time an agent refreshes a page, you'll see snowfall in your Freshdesk! :) 

The Christmas theme is not available for Freshdesk accounts on trial and for accounts on the Sprout plan that don't have access to the agent portal branding. 

Here's how you enable it

  • Go to  Admin→ Helpdesk
  • Click on Edit Branding under Agent portal

  • Click on "Enable theme" to preview how it will look like. Make sure you hit Save. 

  • Your agents will have to refresh to see the Christmas theme.

You can always go back to the agent portal settings to remove the theme.
