How to create a new support ticket to Freshdesk Support?

Using our Help widget, you can easily search and browse through our FAQs. To create a ticket click 'Get in touch' option. Alternatively, you could also write to support@freshdesk.com. You can also use our chat support if you have subscribed for a plan where you can engage with our bot/agent and have a ticket created.
