We assure you that this change will not impact your product experience, and no action is required on your part.

  • Login to your freshdesk account to edit your end user profile.
  • Click on your profile name on the top right corner > Edit profile.
  • In the profile settings page, you can edit your name, password, phone, photo, twitter handle, timezone and language.
  • Once you are done editing your profile settings, click on 'Save changes' for the changes to reflect on your account.
