Once you have created forms, you can automate workflows on tickets submitted through them. You can set up different workflows for tickets raised through different forms and assign them to the right agent group or agents. 

  • Go to Admin > Automations > Click on New rule. 
  • Select Tickets > if Form, Is > Select the respective form name from the dropdown.

  • Under ‘Perform actions,’ choose the desired actions you want to perform on the ticket.
