How to resolve issues with password reset?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Please check for an email from support@freshworks.com with the subject “Reset Password for your Freshworks Account” in the SPAM or any other folders (Promotion, Social, etc) of your associated mailbox.
If you cannot find any password reset email, reach out to support@freshworks.com with the Freshdesk account URL and the email address for which you are trying to reset the password, and we’ll help you in changing the password.
