I've had multiple customers report that they are unable to select one of the three satisfaction links via emails after a ticket has been resolved.

This seems to be a browser related issue. Can you please verify the browser used by the customers facing the problem? Normally we suggest Chrome and Firefox for optimal performance.

I don't believe it's a browser issue, my customers are either limit or can't select a link from the emailed customer satisfaction survey, it never takes them out to the web.
