how is this not a feature yet? our team doesn't like using our internal KB because its so difficult to navigate, and you have to hope someone setup proper tagging for your issue to come up in search...
I couldn't see how to create a subfolder in my Freshdesk knowledge base so I searched for "freshdesk knowledge base subfolders" and found this thread.
If you haven't voted for this idea yet please take a moment to log-in and support this improvement. Then it has more chance to get implemented.
Our company needs sub folders too.
Please implement this. The lack of subfolders makes organizing our large amount of KB articles difficult.
Entirely agree with the others in this thread. sub folders would create a much cleaner look in the knowledge base, and also simplify article listings for both us and the end-users reading them.
Yes, I was searching today for this feature, and found out it doesn't exist. Probably will move our KB to other solution.
