I am currently using Freshdesk as my actual client portal, only make sense. Currently, I have their profile fields set so they cannot update them and they have to submit a ticket to do so. This is because I need to know when they change their info (address, phone, email etc ... ) so I can update my billing system.
It would be nice if the admin was to receive some kind of notification when a customer updates their profile fields. This would allow me to allow them to update their fields themselves.
